PURPOSE:To provide easy and reliable check of interference between tools by judging the conformity of the tool transfer direction indicated by NC data with the one indicated by tool-offset passage data. CONSTITUTION:A processer 101 reads, out of a working memory 104, tool transfer directions CXi, CYi and AXi, AYi indicated by NC data of a first block and tool-offset passage date of the first block, respectively, to judge the conformity of them as to each axial direction, and the result of judgement is stored in the working memory 104. Then, the same procedure is repeated to check the conformity of the tool transfer as to each axial direction throughout the blocks. After the check, the comparison result is read out of the working memory 104. When the result shows the conformity of the tool transfer direction throughout the blocks, it is determined that no interference between the tools should occur, the tool-checking process being finished. When any different tool transfer direction is indicated at least in a block, modification is made to the NC data. |
