PURPOSE:To obtain a three-dimensional blown item without any joined section in the midway, by forming a cavity in each of a pair of molds in such a way that the cavities face each other and are bent and also extended to reach the ends of the molds, and providing a mold that has a cavity bent in a plane different from the plane in which the former cavities are present and can be moved with respect to the pair of the molds. CONSTITUTION:On one hand, one mold 1 is formed with an L-shaped recess 2 that extends to the end, while on the other hand the other mold 3 is formed with an L-shaped recess 4 to be opposed to the L-shaped recess 2, the recesses 2, 4 cooperatively defining a cavity 5. A mold 6 is provided that has a cavity 7 that is in communication with the cavity 5 and is bent in a plane different from the plane in which the cavity 5 is bent. The mold 6 is mounted rotatably about a shaft 8 located at lower part of the mold 1. A parison 10 is placed between the recesses 2, 4 of the molds 1, 3, the molds 1, 4 are closed to confine the parison in the cavity 5, the lower part of the parison 10 is placed in the cavity 7 and the mold 6 is rotated to be closed. Thereafter air is blown into the parison 10, and after cooling the three-dimensional blown item can be removed. Thereby, the desired blown item molded in T-D manner can be obtained. |
