PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically wind a heat insulating material on an inner container, by winding the heat insulating material on a barrel, securing the abutted ends of the heat insulating material to form it into a cylinder, moving the cylinder to be fitted on the inner container positioned downstream of the barrel. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material 2 rewound by a rewinding mechanism (A) is moved horizontally and then vertically by a transferring mechanism (B), and is cut into a prescribed length by a cutting mechanism (C). Then after the heat insulation material 2 is wound around a barrel 1 by a pair of frames 3, 3 while preventing it by a holder from falling or from being displaced, the abutted ends of the heat insulating 2 are secured by a stapler 29 thereby forming a cylindrical heat insulation material 2. Thereafter, this material 2 is pushed down by a pushing-down ring 38 onto an inner container 47 that has been positioned by positioning rods 40, 40 on a line produced from the axis of the barrel 1 so that the material 2 is fitted on the inner container 47. |
