PURPOSE:To improve the airtightness between a manifold and the side surface of a laminate body by coating an elastic insulating sealing base material with a sealant softer than said base material so as to interpose the soft sealant between said base material and the manifold and the side surface of the laminate body. CONSTITUTION:An elastic insulating sealing base material 3b is coated with a sealant 4 softer than the sealing base material 3b, so that the soft sealant 4 is interposed between the sealing base material 3b and a manifold 2 and the side surface of a laminate body 1. Owing to the above constitution, the soft sealant 4 sufficiently fills the concaves and convexes existing on the side surface of the laminate body 1 thereby keeping airtightness. Besides, even when the laminate body 1 contracts or expands, the soft sealant 4 is always kept in close contact with the side surface of the laminate body 1 due to the elastic force of the internal base material 3b thereby enabling airtightness to be maintained over a long period. |
