<p>PURPOSE:To detect paper discharging and to prevent the supporting member for a exfoliating pawl from being left unreturned by providing a terminal of a lever for paper discharging detection to the supporting member for a exfoliating pawl turnably and providing a warning generator to a photosensor for paper discharging detection. CONSTITUTION:Every time a form after fixation is discharged, the other end of the lever 15 moves up and down and light from a light emitting element 11a of the sensor 11 to a light emitting element 11b is passed and cut off repeatedly to detect paper discharging. Further, a paper jam occurs to a roll part and the supporting member 14 is elevated around a shaft 13 as a fulcrum to the above of a frame so as to remove the paper jam; the lever 15 is elevated together with the supporting member 14. Therefore, if copying is executed while the supporting member 14 is left unreturned, a photodetecting element 11b photodetects the light for a long time and its light is converted into an electric signal to warn that the supporting member is left unreturned with voice or light. Thus, the paper discharging is detected and the supporting member is prevented from being left unreturned.</p> |
