PURPOSE:The raw laver feeder, the cutter and the kneader are integrated to effect the control of the operation at one place whereby the area for installation can be reduced and the aging and separation is carried out in the kneader. CONSTITUTION:Two line conveyors 5 are set at the bottom of the tank 4 in the laver feeder 3 which is mounted on one side of the base, provided with 4 wheels at 4 corners and the hopper 6 equipped with vertical line conveyor 7 is connected to the conveyors 5 at their top end. Further, the hopper is linked with the housing of the cutter 8 which is provided with the horizontal extrusion screw 9 at the tail end. The laver reciver tank 11 equipped with a horizontal water- spraying pipe 12 is set beneath the outside of the stationary perforated plate 10 on the extrusion side of the extruder 9 and the outlet pipe at the tank bottom is connected through the hose 13, the pump 14 and the hose 15 to the kneader 16 equipped with the rotary pipe shaft 18 at the center. |
