PURPOSE:To achieve the mixing ratio corresponding well with the suction air flow signal during normal operation and acceleration/deceleration by determining the fuel injection in accordance to the signal from a suction air detecting means during acceleration/deceleration while in accordance to the average level of signals from a suction air detecting means in other case. CONSTITUTION:The acceleration/deceleration time is detected by an acceleration/deceleration region detecting means. If it is under acceleration/deceleration, the signal from the suction air flow detecting means is used as it is to determine the fuel injection. If it is not under acceleration/deceleration, an averaging means is used to obtain the fuel injection. Consequently fluctuation of mixing ratio can be eliminated in the steady operating region while the mixing ratio corresponding to the real suction air flow signal can be obtaind during acceleration/ deceleration.
