PURPOSE:To accurately prevent puncture and efficiently attach and dettach slip proof member by fixing puncture proof band material to a tyre and fitting the slip proof member to the band material through a fixing unit so as to freely be attached and detached. CONSTITUTION:Puncture proof band material 9 is formed in a long type thin plate shape and a screw lever section 5 with a screw thread on both ends is attached. A great number of these band materials 9 penetrate into the inner and outer surfaces 4a and 4b of the crown section 4 of a tyre 1 and are inserted in almost parallel to a stepping surface 2 at the slight inside position of the stepping surface 2. Subsequently, a fixing nut 7 is tightened to the screw lever section 5 on both ends of the band material 9 and the band material 9 is fixed to the tyre 1. On the other hand, a slip proof member 21 is formed by mutually connecting a great number of unit bodies 21A in which the stepping surface 22 is formed on the stepping surface 22 is formed using a chain 27 and such.
