发明名称 BONDING METHOD FOR CORE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent flowing out of bonding agent in the course of performance of a bonding and hardening process as well as to cut down the constrand time of a core required for completion of hardening by a method wherein, after epoxy resin bonding agent has been applied on the whole surface of a core material, a recoating of amine type hardening accelerator is performed on the circumferential part thereon. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin bonding agent is applied on the whole surface 2 of silicon steel plates 1, a number of which will be laminated. Besides, an amine type hardening accelerator is recoated only on the region of the circumferential part 3. The circumferential part 3 is to be formed in the size approximately 1/4 or less of the width of the silicon steel plates. After a core has been formed by superposing the prescribed number of silicon steel plates, it is heated up to 100- 150 deg.C in a furnance, and the bonding agent and the hardening accelerator used are hardened. The circumferential part 3 has the fast curing property higher than that of the region where no amine type hardening accelerator is applied, the viscosity of the circumferential part 3 can be increased quickly, and the hardening time is reduced. As a result, the bonding agent on the non- hardened part flows out, and no unsatisfactory bonding of the core material is generated, thereby enabling to perform the laminating process of the core material in an efficient and economical manner.
