PURPOSE:To obtain the titled glass providing a satisfactory field of view and enabling safe driving by constructing at least both surfaces of a windshield and window glass of a vehicle with a vegetable material. CONSTITUTION:A transparent flat plate or sheet made of a vegetable material such as cellophane, etc. is pasted or applied as covering on both sides of the same conventionally used base material for windshield of a motorbike or helmet or a window glass of a vehicle. Or, a windshield or a window may be constructed with a vegetable material such as cellophane, alone as its base material. Rain water forms no water drops on the surface of the material and is swept away by the wind blown onto the surface of the material, and sufficient field of view is secured.
