In addition, the tip section uses only a plate 3 without reinforcement and the thickness is reduced toward the outside in the car width direction in multiple steps. Furthermore, an outside bending section 3a is formed on both ends of the plate 3. As a result, the static bending rigidity relationship is established so that the car upward and downward bending rigidity can be lower than the car right and left direction bending rigidity.
