PURPOSE:To decide exactly remaining amt. of mortar in a vessel even if it is a closed vessel and to automate a spraying apparatus by providing a torque detector to a revolving shaft of a blade stirrer and performing control of spraying of the material to be sprayed basing on the signal from the torque detector. CONSTITUTION:A torque detector 70 is provided to a revolving shaft 55 of a blade stirrer 53 in a closed pressure vessel 51, and the signal from the torque detector is utilized for the control of ON/OFF of the second making valve 62, if necessary, the first making valve 61, through a control device 71. In this way, the amt. of a material is decided in accordance with a torque signal, and the amt. remaining in the vessel, even if it is a closed vessel, determined exactly, and spraying can be automated.
