PURPOSE:To obtain a sealing material having satisfactory summertime characteristics and excellent flexibility and restoration properties in winter, easily, by mixing urethane foam to an organic solvent solution of a mixture of a specific styrene copolymer and a bituminous substance. CONSTITUTION:The objective sealing material can be obtained by dissolving (A) a mixture of (i) preferably 5-40wt% of a styrene-butadiene block copolymer and/or a styrene-isoprene block copolymer and (ii) preferably 95-60wt% of a bituminous substance in (B) an organic solvent such as solvent naphtha to obtain a solution having a concentration of preferably 40-70%, and mixing the solution with (C) preferably 30-80wt% of a preferably flexible urethane foam. USE:Chamfers, joints, etc. of concrete construction.
