PURPOSE:To increase the reaction feeling considerably by providing a valve which will close only under high speed non-steering condition in a bypath detouring an orifice in high pressure oil path for leading the delivery oil from a pump to an oil path exchange valve interlocked with the handle operation. CONSTITUTION:An oil path exchange valve 2 to be transmitted with the handle operation through a torsion bar is provided to exchange the flowing direction of operating oil from an oil pump 1 to power cylinder 3 or tank 4 thus to perform steering. A portion of the operating oil in the high pressure oil path 7a is led through oil paths 7b-7d to reaction pistons 5, 5 to limit the torsion of torsion bar. Here a bypath 7b' is provided whiel detouring an orifice (a) placed in said path 7a and a change over valve 11 is placed in said path 7b'. Said valve 11 is closed only under high speed non-steering condition to increase the oil pressure to the reaction piston 5 by predetermined level.
