PURPOSE:To surely prevent a glass run from jamming out in the direction of the middle part of a window by forming a projection which engages the open end part of the glass run, on at least upper end part of the inner side face of the open part of the groove on a corner piece wherein the glass run is housed. CONSTITUTION:In some doors 1 of automobiles, a triangle corner piece 3 is disposed at the corner part of a door sash 2 to guide a door glass 4 up and down. For the guiding thereof, a groove 6 in which a glass run 7 guiding the door glass 4 is laid is formed in the side end part of the corner piece 3. Both the upper extension ends of the corner piece 3 have a pair of projections 8A and 8B extending in the opposite directions from the opposed internal faces of the opening of the groove 6. The base parts of the lips 7a and 7b, namely, the open end parts of the glass run 7 are retained by both the projections 8A and 8B from the outside, respectively, whereby preventing the glass run 7 from jamming out of the corner piece. |
