<p>A system for quantifying biomolecules comprising: allowing fluorescent silica particles, which generate fluorescence detectable with a flow cytometer, to capture the target biomolecules having been labeled with a fluorescent substance for quantification; detecting the fluorescent generated from the fluorescent silica particle moiety as described above with a flow cytometer; and measuring the fluorescent intensity of the labeled target biomolecules to thereby quantify the target biomolecules.</p> |
