PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensively a highly nutritive sweetener having more improved nutritive and healthy effect than natural honey, enriching the synthetic whole components which natural honey has with effective components which it does not contain. CONSTITUTION:The synthetic whole components which natural honey has are further enriched especially with active ingredients of essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals to give a highly nutritive sweetener. This sweetener can be made to have low calorie by the use of reducing maltose, thick malt syrup, etc. Rutin which is not contained in honey as vitamin is added to the sweetener. A mold of yeast is treated and added as mineral to the sweetener so it is enriched with a very small amount of elements. The sweetener as a highly nutritive sweetener with low calorie is added to a viscous substance of plant such as sodium alginate to give a jelly product, and pollen is added to the sweetener to provide it with an active ingredient. Consequently, the highly nutritive, inexpensive and tasty sweetener, having sweetness of natural honey and the active in gredients as bases, is prepared. |
