PURPOSE:To reduce the number of assembling steps, to facilitate the work and to improve the working efficiency by disposing a rigid circuit board having a plurality of terminals and a circuit on the extension of a bobbin shaft separately from a bobbin, winding a lead on a rib to form a coil, and then securing the board to the bobbin end. CONSTITUTION:A circuit board 36 has a pattern unit 38 and a connection unit 40, the pattern unit 38 has a rotational shaft 18, a hole 42, through which a boss 16 is passed at the center and an entangling terminal 44 at the periphery, and the connection unit 40 is extended from the pattern unit 38. A bobbin 10 is opposed to a flier 60, an arm 62 is rotated to wind a lead 28 on a rib adjacent to the bobbin 10. When the rib is completely wound, a slide base 58 is moved, the board 36 is opposed to the flier 60, the arm 62 is rotated several times to entangle the lead on the terminal of the board 36. Such an operation is repeated, the board 36 is eventually secured to the end of the bobbin 10, the entangling terminal which is completely soldered is contained in a case. |
