摘要 PURPOSE:To examine the defective condition of an object to be examined over the whole body with the same accuracy, by performing integration for different numbers of times in accordance with the examining position of the object to be examined and collecting data by arranging them so that their S/N ratio is uniformized. CONSTITUTION:An arithmetic section 18 makes integrating calculation on a current image data of a TV for X-ray and the previously calculated data of the 1st picture image memory 22 for every picture element based on an operation command signal from a system controller 19. The calculation data are stored in the 1st picture image memory and, at the same time, the calculation data of the arithmetic section 18 are stored in an address corresponding to an examining position of the 2nd picture image memory 23, when the calculation is made for a prefixed times in accordance with the examining position of the object to be examined. By collecting data by uniformizing S/N ratios which are different from each other depending on the examining position of the object to be examined and performing level judgement, the defective condition of the object to be examined can be examined.
