PURPOSE:To form a reinforcing ring having no eccentricity by sticking a reinforcing member at every prescribed interval on a floppy disk substrate formed by coating a magnetic material on a ''Mylar'' film, and thereafter, punching it, and forming a floppy disk. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material is coated onto a substrate of a band-like ''Mylar'' film, and it is made to a roll state. Subsequently, a discoidal reinforcing material 9 is stuck (that which is formed by coating an adhesive material onto the rear side of the reinforcing material) to its roll 8, and thereafter, a disk is punched, and a floppy disk is obtained by forming a reinforcing ring 11. Subsequently, it is put into a jacket and completed. In this way, a spindle hole 2 and the inside diameter of the reinforcing ring 11 are formed to the same diameter, therefore, the reinforcing ring 11 causes no eccentricity, and the spindle hole 2 part can be reinforced. |
