PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature change with time during the stable conduction and to stabilize the heating temperature by connecting the control part of a heating element in parallel to the thermostat of a heating apparatus, etc. CONSTITUTION:A heating element 1 is connected in series to a thermostat THS 2, and a series circuit of a diode 3 and a resistor 4 is connected in parallel to the THS2. Then the element 1, the THS2 and the resistor 4 are thermally connected. The voltage of AC full wave is applied to the element 1 while the THS2 is kept on, and the element 1 generates heat to rise the temperature. In this case, no current flows to the diode 3 and the resistor 4 and therefore the operations of these diode and resistor are never effected. When the THS2 reaches its OFF temperature and is turned off, a series circuit is formed among the resistor 4, the diode 3 and the element 1. Then the AC half wave voltage is applied to the element 1, and the heating value is reduced down to half. As a result, the temperature of the heating part is lowered and kept at the saturation temperature of the heating value obtained during application of the AC half wave voltage. |
