PURPOSE:To make the manufacturing easier and provide sufficient durability by forming a tooth profile with a wire member having an involute sectional configuration being bondingly wound at a certain pitch around a shaft member. CONSTITUTION:A wire member 3 having an involute sectional configuration is bondingly wound at a certain pitch around a shaft member 1, forming a tooth profile. Thereby, gear cutting by means of cutting operation can be eliminated. Accordingly, the manufacture becomes easier while sufficient meshing strength, as compared with a resin gear, can be obtained.
