<p>PURPOSE:To set a memory cell to a prescribed state at a powder-on time to make the initialization for the use and to start the use easily and quickly by constituting the memory cell of a static readable and writable RAM with inverting amplifiers connected into a ring and capacities connected to them. CONSTITUTION:The first and the second inverting amplifiers 21 and 22 connected into a ring and a capacity 23 connected to the output of the first inverting amplifier 21 and a power source low-positional VSS or a capacity 24 connected to the output of the second inverting amplifier 22 and a power source high- potential VDD are provided. Capacities 23 and 24 are so provided that this memory cell is set to a prescribed state after power-on. That is, the input of the inverter 21 tries to have a potential higher than that of the input of the inverter just after power-on. Consequently, the output of the inverter 21 is in the low level and that of the inverter 22 is in the high level in the memory cell after power- on. It is desirable for stable operation that capacities 23 and 24 are larger than output capacities of inverters 21 and 22. The capacity 23 or/and the capacity 24 may be connected.</p> |
