PURPOSE:To raise the operation efficiency of a tester as well as make alignment of condoms exact by a method in which magnetic materials are attached to adequate positions of condoms after the dipping molding, and the condoms collected in irregular state are attracted in a given number by the magnets for alignment. CONSTITUTION:Condoms A after dipping molding are coated with a magnetic material 1 by the roll 10 of a magnetic material coater (a) while being attached to molds B and dried. The mouth portions (a) of the condoms are rolled, the condoms are separated from the molds and irregularly collected in a container. Plural magnetic bars having cute attracting parts in such a way as to enable one condom A to be attracted by an attractor (b) are projectionally provided to a rotator. By rotation of the rotator, the condomes A are attracted by an attraction mechanism consisting of large numbers of suction tubes and vacuum rotary board and attached to the molds of a tester by an attachment mechanism 24. The condoms can thus be exactly aligned in a given attitude, and the operating efficiency of the tester can be raised. |
