PURPOSE:To detect the three-dimensional position of an object by providing a spot light setting means, a light projection scanning means, a light projection direction detecting means, a spot light detecting means, and a one-dimensional photoelectric element selecting means. CONSTITUTION:A reflection mirror 13 is arranged at the about focus of a convex lens 15 for the light condensed to a spot light by a collimating lens 12, and parallel projection beams are scanned one-dimensionally. The rotation angle is detected by a rotation angle detector 18 connected to a scanning mechanism part 14 and is inputted to a signal processing circuit 19. A light detecting means IV consists of the combination of an optical lens 20 and one-dimensional photoelectric element sensors 21. A selecting means V which selects sensors 21 successively on a basis of the output signal of a light projection direction detecting means III consists of a selecting circuit 22, and an output V0 is subjected to A/D conversion and is taken into a microcomputer to perform various measuring and recognition processings. The sensor selecting means which selects one- dimensional photoelectric elements successively on a basis of detection data is provided to improve the capacity of the sensor. |
