PURPOSE:To perform exactly automatic welding in automatic welding of the circumference of objects to be welded by maintaining the weld zone of said objects on a rotary supporting table always in the correct position with respect to a welding torch by the three-dimensional guidance of a coaxial profiling pattern. CONSTITUTION:Objects W to be welded are fixed on a supporting table 3 of a main shaft 18 having a cam gear 21 provided with a pattern of a circumference 21 and height 21'' by matching the X- and Y-axes. The weld zone of the objects W is rotated and moved at roughly and equal speed by a gear 32 which is rotated by a motor 39 but is maintained always in the normal position with respect to a welding torch 11 by the contact of the height pattern 21'' with a roller 26 by a cylinder 28 and the contact of the circumferential pattern gear 21'' with a gear 32 by a cylinder 41. The gear 32 on the left side is for internal welding by a torch 7. |
