PURPOSE:To form a machine device in a small size, by absorbing a shock of inertia force of a reciprocating machine element in a position of its both left and right waving end points. CONSTITUTION:If a moving structure, to which an external cylinder 10 is secured, approaches one end point of the movement, the end part of a piston rod 18 collides against a stopper to stop, and a piston 28, while releasing damping oil 16 in an internal cylinder 24 with prescribed small resistance from a clearance 32 between the internal cylinder and the piston, moves in the internal cylinder 24 till the piston collides against an internal wall face to stop. Successively pressing the internal cylinder 24 by the piston 28, the internal cylinder 24, while releasing damping oil 16 in the external cylinder 10 with prescribed resistance from a clearance 26, moves in the external cylinder 10. While if the moving structure approaches a position of the other final end of its movement, the other end part of the piston rod 18 collides to be adapted to a stopper, performing the action similar to the above. |
