PURPOSE:To transfer data assuredly and at a high speed by giving contrivance to both vector register group and memory access controller which are used for transfer of data. CONSTITUTION:Plural sets of register groups 520A and 520B are provided to a vector data processor, and at the same time the access control parts corresponding to the groups 520A and 520B are provided into memory access control parts 500A and 500B. Then both parts 500A and 500B execute the same instruction at a time, and the data is transferred in division between a main memory and the register group. As a result, the transfer efficiency is improved for the data having large vector length. Thus the data transfer quantity can be increased in proportion to the number of access control groups. |
