PURPOSE:To obtain a convenient sound recording device where sound can be erased and recorded with one-touch operation, by providing a pulse generator, which generates a pulse in accordance with the operation of a switch, and a latch circuit which latches the output of this pulse generator. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 72 is turned on, a monostable multivibraor 73 sets an R-S latch circuit 74, and a pulse is outputted, and the output is in the high level for a prescribed time, and erase command signals E and E' become high level, and an erasing voltage VE is applied to gates of all memory transistors (TRs) 1a to erase sound. When the output of the monostable multivibrator 73 is inverted to the low level, signals E and E' become low level, and the reset input of a counter 70 becomes low level, and outputs W and W' of a write command signal W become high level, and counting of clock pulses 71 is started, and an address siganl for write is changed to access memory TRs 1a of a memory array 1 successively, and write is performed by the write voltage given from a sound input circuit 6 until the output of the most significant of the counter 70 becomes high-level. |
