An EAP service matching device comprises provider capability evaluating means (5) for evaluating the EAP capability of an EAP provider, a provider database (6) for registering the EAP capability evaluations of EAP providers, purchaser capability evaluating means (7) for making the EAP capability evaluation of an EAP purchaser, and provider candidate presenting means (8) for comparing the EAP capability evaluation of the EAP purchaser with the EAP capability evaluation of each EAP provider, extracting information on the EAP provider matching the request of the EAP purchaser, and sending the information to an EAP purchaser terminal (3). With this, matching of the request of the EAP purchaser with the capability of an EAP provider is performed, thus improving the convenience of the EAP purchaser.
