PURPOSE:The titled pharmaceutical preparation containing ignavine and/or its acid addition salt. CONSTITUTION:An antiallergic containing a compound shown by the formula (alkaloid contained in Aconitum japonicum Thumb.; melting point: 228-230 deg.C; having improved antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory action) and/or its acid addition salt (e.g., inorganic acid salt such as hydrochloride, sulfate, etc., organic acid salt such as maleate, fumarate, etc.) as an active ingredient. The dosage form is a medicine for internal use such as tablet, powder, capsule, injection, a medicine for external use, etc. A dose is 100mg/time in the case of oral administration, and <=4mg/time in the case of injection. The compound shown by the formula inhibits delayed type allergic reactions (e.g., tuberculin type reaction, allotransplantation rejection, contagious hypersensitivity reaction of the skin, etc.) in the strongest way.
