PURPOSE:To prevent a change in a thermal state from occurring to fluid through improvement of response of a valve body and to stabilize the action of a refrigerating cycle and the like, by a method wherein a part of the elastic member of the valve body is covered with a rigid member, and electromagnetic coils are disposed at given intervals around the valve body. CONSTITUTION:When a current is charged through a terminal 24, intensity of a magnetic field changes according to intensity of a current, and further, a magnetic fluid 17 in a valve-closing segment 12 is sucked. A flow pressure, produced due to such suction, causes deformation of an elastic member, and also causes displacement of a rigid member 16 moving integrally with the elastic member. A part of the valve-closing segment is covered with the rigid member, and this causes smoothing of a flow and improvement of a flow rate control characteristic simply and effectively. |
