PURPOSE:To relive workload of a central processing unit by bringing the memory content of all talking trunks into talking state unconditionally when system changeover information is received. CONSTITUTION:The system changeover information is transmitted when the active system trunks are switched into standby system trunks in a digital talking trunk device 3 running in duplication. When the trunk device 3 receives this information, the memory content storing the talking state corresponding to plural talking trunks is all set to the talking state. Further, after system changeover, the memory content is updated according to the change in talking state at each talking trunk. Through the constitution above, the amount of workload of the central processing unit is decreased and also the hardware for memory copy is decreased. |
