PURPOSE:To aim at a sharp improvement in reliability, by setting up plural notches in an outer edge part of a cover body installed at the side of a lower bearing, while putting the outer edge part of the cover body on the lower bearing so as not to cause these notches to be interconnected through inside and outside the cover body whereby preventing any damage attributable to overcompression in the cover body. CONSTITUTION:Plural notches 18 and 18 are set up in an outer edge part of a cover body 13 installed at the side of a lower bearing 17, while these notches 18 and 18 are made up by putting the outer edge part of the cover body 13 on the lower bearing 17. With this constitution, a large pressure differential between the inside and the outside of the cover body 13 being so far produced in a conventional one comes to nothing whereby a fact that the cover body 13 receives the repeated load of expansion and contraction is preventable. Therefore, breakdown due to overcompression, generation of an abnormal noise, compression failure, locking by a broken piece, etc., are all eliminated, thus reliability is remarkably improved. What is more, a foaming phenomenon is very hard to happen there so that a shortage of lubrication to all sliding parts is preventable.
