PURPOSE:To display information with less number of bits by outputting a code displaying the consecution time of the same code at a part where the same digital code is outputted. CONSTITUTION:An analog input signal 3 is converted into a digital code 4 by an A/D converter (ADC) 1. An output 4 from the ADC1 is inputted to a zero increment detector 5 and a controller 7. The zero increment detector 5 detects the change component of the output 4 and when the change component is 0, a pulse is transmitted to a pulse counter 6, and when the change component is not zero, a control signal 11 is fed to a controller 7. The controller 7 checks the count value 8 by the signal 11 and when the count value 8 is zero, the controller 7 outputs the output 4 of the ADC1 as an output code 9 and outputs a code 10 representing that it is an output of the ADC1. When the count value 8 is not zero, the controller 7 outputs the count value 8 as the output code 9 and outputs a code 10 representing that it is an output of the counter 6. |
