PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of an equipment by connecting a stepping motor and the spool of a distributing valve to each other by a solenoid coil excited by a control power supply common to both the motor and the spool. CONSTITUTION:An electric signal from a speed-to-electric signal converter is sent to a pulse controller 16, which instantaneously issues the signal to a stepping motor 17 in the form of a pulse having a specified frequency. The stepping motor 17 makes step turns of a specified angle at a specified rate. Each stroke of the angle at which the stepping motor 17 is driven is transmitted to the spool 21 of a distributing valve 18 to operate the spool 21 for supplying a hydraulic servo motor 2 with pressure oil. The opening of the hydraulic servo motor 2 is detected by a position detector 19 and then fed back to the pulse controller 16 in the form of an electric current. The output signal from the pulse controller 16 is a digital signal, thereby permitting the equipment to be placed under open loop control. |
