PURPOSE:To continuously perform the stable generation of electric power, by utilizing the resonant action of liquid column oscillation caused by a wave. CONSTITUTION:Parallelly providing a several number of opening parts 2 in a position adjacent to the end part of a resonance pipe 1, only the opening part 2 in a position, where a length Ls of the resonance pipe 1 in the sea measures 1/2pi times the wavelength, is opened while the other opening parts are closed so as to enable the resonant condition to be continually ensured by a single piece of the resonance pipe 1. If the action of resonance is caused, the seawater is jetted from a riseup part 1', first receiving this seawater by a receiving water tank 8 and then feeding it to a storage water tank 5 in a large contour, and the seawater while being accumulated here is supplied to a water turbine 3, thus driving a generator 4 to perform electric power generation. |
