PURPOSE:To perfectly dispense with the connection work of a throttle operating system at the stage wherein an engine is carried in a test apparatus, by preliminarily interlocking and connecting the throttle operating means provided to an engine mounted pallet and the throttle lever of the engine through a release wire. CONSTITUTION:When an engine mounted pallet 1 is carried in to a predetermined position, the operation piece 14 of a lifting and falling operation body 9 is present at an upwardly separated position in this side from a lifting and falling movable body 2 for operating a throttle lever in the side of the pallet 1. When a movable unit 5 is forwardly moved by a cylinder/piston unit 8, an L-shaped frame 19 and the lifting and falling body 9 are traversely moved along with a traversely moving body 21 and the operation piece 14 of the lifting and falling body 9 is positioned directly above the lifting and falling movable body 2 for operating the throttle lever in the side of the pallet 1. When throttle operation is carried out in this state, the movement of the movable body 2 is transmitted to the throttle lever in an engine side preliminarily interlocked and connected through a release wire. |
