PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the accuracy and speed of measurement, by measuring the reduced portion or increased portion of water in a quantitative water tank by an electronic balance when water in the quantitative water tank is supplied to a high pressure container to be inspected under pressure or returned therefrom. CONSTITUTION:After the evacuation of a gas container 2 is finished, a predetermined amount of water 7 is stored in a quantitative tank 8 at a stage wherein a water supply valve VS and an air vent valve VA are closed. In the next step, the valve VP of a pressure line LP is opened while a return valve VP is closed and, subsequently, water is introduced into the gas container 2 by operating a pressure pump 3 to expand the gas container 2 by this pressure. This pressure is held for a predetermined time and the wt. of the reduced portion of the water 7 in the quantitative water tank 8 is weighed at this time by an electronic balance 9 and the obtained value is inputted to a computer 92. Next, the pressurized state is released while the return valve VR is opened to restore the gas container 2 and the wt. of the increased portion of the water 7 in the quantitative water tank 8 is weighed by the electronic balance 9 and the obtained value is inputted to the computer 92. |
