PURPOSE:To recognize all visual fields and visual points by image picking up a wide angle picture in advance and storing it as to all running paths of a truck, reproducing automatically the image on other cathode ray tube for a wide angle picture in response to respective truck position and marking a position of a visual point of a camera on the picture. CONSTITUTION:The truck 2 mounted with a television camera 3 and a transmitter 5 is moved along with a rail 1 by a remote command, stops at an object point, the angle of the camera is set by an angle regulating mechanism 4 from the remote command, and a picture of a required object is displayed on a cathode ray tube 7 for supervision via the transmitter 5 and a receiver 6 thereby supervising the picture at a remote location. A wide angle picture is stored over the visual field from the truck in advance as to all the running paths, a corresponding stored picture is discriminated and selected automatically and displayed as a wide angle picture on a cathode ray tube 10 for wide angle picture provided separately from the television camera receiver based on a present position signal of the truck and an angle signal of the television camera and the visual point of the present television camera is displayed on the wide angle picture.
