<p>PURPOSE:To recover efficiently materials from a composite tape consisting of paper and other material by wetting the tape with a liq., stripping the materials from each other by making use of surface tension, and winding them separately. CONSTITUTION:Tin foil consisting of paper and Al foil 4a is immersed in warm water to weaken the bonding strength, and it is rewound to form a roll 4. A drum 2 having many circular grooves 3 in the peripheral surface in the circumferential direction is rotated in the direction of an arrow to bring the Al foil 4a of the roll 4 of the wetted tin foil into contact with the drum 2 at a position A. The foil 4a adheres to the periphera surface of the drum 2 by surface tension, and the paper is wound around a winding shaft 5 at a position B. At this time, air is spouted between the foil 4a and the paper from a nozzle 10'. The foil 4a is stripped from the drum 2 at a position C with a comblike stripping member 6 having teeth 6' which enter the grooves 3 at the position C.</p> |
