PURPOSE:To increase the discharge capacity without increasing the internal resistance by adding low-melting point organic grains to a positive-electrode black mix, press-molding them, heating it under a decompressed condition to form cavities, and allowing an electrolyte to be held in them. CONSTITUTION:0.5g of a positive-electrode black mix is put in a mold to a uniform thickness, a low-melting point organic substance, e.g., diphenyl, benzoic acid phenyl, etc. with a melting point of 70 deg.C, is sieved to 40 meshes and about 2-5pts. of it are put from above, further 0.5g of the positive-electrode black mix is put on them to a uniform thickness, and they are pressed to produce a positive electrode 11 with a diameter of 20mm. and a thickness of 1.2mm.. Next, this positive electrode 11 is heated in the vacuum at a temperature of 80-100 deg.C for 24hr, further it is heated at a higher temperature of 150-200 deg.C for 24hr to completely evaporate and remove the low-melting point organic substance and form cavities 12 in place of it. Then, the positive electrode 11 is boiled in an electrolyte heated to 60 deg.C or the positive electrode 11 is impregnated with the electrolyte for 24hr by a vacuum impregnating method, thus the electrolyte 13 is filled and held in the cavities 12 of the positive electrode 11. |
