PURPOSE:To obtain a higher-rigidity diaphragm without spoiling the characteristics of high-elasticity fiber by arranging flat fiber bundles formed of numbers of parallel arrayed high-elasticity fibers orthogonally, and binding them and obtaining woven fabric as the base material of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The 1st fiber bundle group 11 consists of fiber bundle 1a arranged in parallel longitudinally, and the 2nd fiber bundle group 12 consists of fiber bundles 1b arranged in parallel laterally. Those fiber bundle groups are bound with longitudinal threads 2a and lateral threads 2b into woven fabric. This woven fabric has an extremely small increase in density as compared with plain weave fabric and increases in Young's modulus by about 9%, and is utilized as a diaphragm having high rigidity. |
