The disc shaped flat item is passed forward on a conveyor belt to the folding arrangement. The outer edges of the item are lifted more and more as the item progresses through the arrangement, by the plates. They are then folded to a right angle to the part of the item which remains on the conveyor, by the rails. Finally the edges are folded flat by the tube. |
