PURPOSE:To improve reliability and facilitate disassembly, assembly, transportation, etc. by providing a gas path hole in a cylinder cover and mounting a three- way electromagnetic valve directly on the cylinder cover to enable piping operations to be abolished. CONSTITUTION:When a coil of a three-way electromagnetic valve 11 is not excited, an intake chamber 1a and the interior 5a of a bypass valve body 5 are uniformly pressurized through an exhaust path 11b of said valve 11 and an exhaust hole 13b of a cylinder cover 13 so that the bypass valve body 5 is lifted by a spring pressure of a compression spring 6. Thus, paths of the cylinder cover 13 and the bypass valve body 5 are opened so that high pressure gas produced in two cylinder portions and exhausted from a valve assembly 3 passes through the opened paths and is bypassed to the intake chamber 1a. Thus, by providing the gas path holes in the cylinder cover 13 and mounting said valve 11 on same is dispensed with piping operation, reliability improved and assembly, disassembly and transportation operations facilitated. |
