PURPOSE:To attain high speed without increasing power consumption by providing a differential amplifier inputting an input signal to an ECL output circuit and a delay signal of the input signal and a discharge circuit of a load capacitor connected to an output of an emitter follower circuit. CONSTITUTION:The differential amplifier 6 consists of transistors (TRs) 4, 5, a resistor R2 and a constant current source IED. A signal equal to the input signal applied to the differential amplifier of a block 3 is applied to the base of the TR4 as the input signal and the input signal is applied to the base of the TR5 via a delay circuit 4. An output extracted from the collector of the TR4 is applied to a base of a TR6 constituting a discharge circuit of a load capacitor C1 via a level shift circuit 5. Further, the trailing edge of the input signal is detected by the differential amplifier 6 and the discharge circuit is actuated at the trailing edge of the output signal by controlling the discharge circuit to reduce the trailing time. |
