PURPOSE:To attain connecting operation at each subscriber line to an incoming call generated at random by transmitting a signal for incoming connection switches at each prescribed time as a continuous talkie signal. CONSTITUTION:In a talkie transmission system informing a failed state of a subscriber line to a calling subscriber free of charge if a failure takes place in the subscriber line, a continuous talkie signal generator 5 and a signal generator 6 for incoming connection are connected to a controller 7. The controller 7 changes over a signal tone from the talkie signal generator 5 and a signal from the generator 6 at each prescribed time and transmits the signal for incoming connection to each subscriber SLC via a distribution stage 8. If a newly incoming call arises at the point of time of this transmission, while a sequence of incoming connection is followed and no interference is given to an incoming call being already in talking state, a continuous talkie tone is made to listen to a new calling subscriber. |
