Valve for a pressure-boosting system

The invention relates to a valve for a pressure-boosting system for the feeding of liquid, especially water, to a consuming unit at as constant a pressure as possible. A pressure-accumulating expansion vessel opens out between pump outlet and consuming unit. Between the junction and the pump outlet is a first valve aperture by means of which any return flow to the pump is prevented in the event of a pump shut down. At the junction or between junction and expansion vessel is a second valve aperture which is closed when the pump is switched on. The second valve aperture is bridged by a bypass with a diameter smaller than that of the second valve aperture and a pressure switch switches the pump on when the liquid pressure on the consuming unit side drops below a predetermined value. Both valve apertures can be closed by a single valve control element which closes the two valve apertures alternately. The connection for the consuming unit branches off between the two valve apertures.
