The subject-matter of the invention is a rotating joint, especially a cover hinge between a cover (1) and a socket part (9) for an electrical connection, having a rotating bolt (8) about which a spring clip (2) is arranged in a recess (15), which is open on one side, on a pivoting element (14) of the rotating joint, possibly of the cover (1).
