摘要 |
PURPOSE:To make almost the whole of a current commutated to an inductor into a permanent current by using an element having small overlap of a vortex mode or element which flows the permanent current symmetrically as a Josephson element. CONSTITUTION:The figure A shows a three-junction split feed quantum interference circuit which is employed as the Josephson element. This circuit leads an output from one terminal of a Josephson junction 202 so that the permanent current flows through the Josephson element symmetrically. This structure eliminates the deviation of the permanent current to perform stable operation. The circuit in the figure B reduces the product LIm1 of inductors 204 and 205 and Josephson junctions 201 and 202 to one half as large as before by reducing the inductance to one half. Consequently, control lines are doubled and magnetic flux which is generated and interlinks with a superconductive loop is made as much as that of a conventional circuit. Thus, stable operation with small overlap of the vortex mode is realized. |
